- Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC)
- Provides affordable housing and supportive services to low and moderate income residents. Contact HOC to apply for affordable housing programs, seek assistance with homeownership, and more. HOC operates as an affordable housing agency, a housing finance agency and a housing developer.

- Matches renters who are seeking affordable housing options with homeowners who have spare rooms in their homes to rent long-term.

- Apartment Rental Program Offers moderately priced rent at a number of MPDU apartment complexes located throughout the County. Persons interested in the MPDU rental program must apply directly to the MPDU complex of their choice.
- Intended to be affordable to households with incomes that are too high to be eligible to participate in the Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) Program.
- Low-income Montgomery and Prince George’s County residents can apply to be considered for an opportunity to purchase a Habitat-built home with a low mortgage.
